Indemnity Waiver and Release of Liability

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE FROM NEO LAB PEPTIDES, YOU ARE WAIVING IMPORTANT LEGAL RIGHTS.

1. Acknowledgment of Research Use

By proceeding with the purchase of research compounds from Neo Lab Peptides, I, the purchaser, expressly acknowledge and agree that the products are sold and intended solely for laboratory and scientific research purposes. I acknowledge and understand that these products are NOT approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or veterinary use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, or medical condition. I further acknowledge that the products are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements.

2. Age and Eligibility

I confirm that I am at least twenty-one (21) years of age and that I am a qualified researcher, a medical or scientific professional, or a person operating under the supervision of one. I represent that I am legally permitted to purchase and possess these products in my jurisdiction.

3. Indemnification

I, the purchaser, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neo Lab Peptides — along with its officers, directors, employees, agents, owners, contractors, vendors, suppliers, successors, and affiliates (collectively, "Neo Lab Peptides") — from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, fines, judgments, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising from or related to my purchase, possession, handling, storage, transfer, or use of products purchased from Neo Lab Peptides.

4. Release and Waiver of Claims

By completing my transaction online (including by clicking "I Agree," checking an attestation box, or submitting an order), I expressly release, discharge, and waive any and all potential claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, or liabilities that may arise out of or be linked to the purchase, possession, or use of these research compounds. This release covers claims that are both foreseeable and unforeseeable, direct and indirect, known and unknown, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, death, property damage, emotional distress, lost profits, and consequential damages.

5. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily assuming all risks associated with my purchase, possession, and use of the products, including risks that may not be currently known or appreciated. I accept full responsibility for any harm that may result.

6. Compliance with Law

I agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, transport, storage, and use of these compounds. I will not resell, redistribute, or transfer the products in any manner that violates applicable law.

7. FDA / DSHEA Disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

8. Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Waiver, my purchase, or my use of products from Neo Lab Peptides shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or by remote / online proceedings at the arbitrator's discretion. I expressly waive my right to a jury trial and my right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may award only individual relief and may not consolidate claims of more than one person. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds the class action waiver unenforceable, the arbitration agreement shall be void in its entirety, but the remainder of this Waiver shall remain in full force.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the binding arbitration provision in Section 8, any judicial proceeding (such as one to enforce an arbitration award) shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

10. Severability

If any provision of this Waiver is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be modified, severed from this Waiver. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Successors and Assigns

This Waiver extends to and is binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns.

12. Entire Agreement

This Waiver, together with the Neo Lab Peptides Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the purchaser and Neo Lab Peptides regarding the subject matter herein, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications.

13. Voluntary Acceptance

BY FINALIZING MY PURCHASE, I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS INDEMNITY WAIVER, THAT I HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONSULT WITH LEGAL COUNSEL IF I WISH TO DO SO, AND THAT I VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
