All Sales Are Final
Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and strict quality control requirements, all sales are final once shipped. We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored products.
Damaged or Defective Products
We stand behind our quality. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
To file a claim:
- Email neolabpeptides@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, photos of the damaged product, and a description of the issue
- We will review your claim and respond within 1-2 business days
Replacements
If approved, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost. In cases where a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened or reconstituted
- Products not stored according to our recommended guidelines
- Orders reported more than 7 days after delivery
- Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the package cannot be located, we will ship a replacement at no cost.
